J5K Legacy is a Thought leadership consulting firm that exist to support leaders and teams in creating a bridge of understanding between who the organization says it is and how that is lived out through the organization in the context of True Employee Engagement, Diversity, Inclusion, and Equity.
To many of our social and cultural barriers that exist in our organizations as success barriers to Employee Engagement, Diversity, Inclusion, Equity, do so because we haven't been intentional about creating the bridge that ultimately leads to the ideal culture.
What:
We believe that an organization who fundamentally focuses on creating Bridges of Understanding for Diversity, Inclusion, Equity and Employee Engagement without compromise, will have long-term success. A core truth, is that we are all different. The challenge we choose as individuals, families, communities, coworkers, leaders and organizations to often is that we focus on the “difference” versus that which connects us and makes us more alike and can bring forth success.
We:
All have concluded truths about the people around us, a race, a gender, a sexual orientation, a religion, a whatever; that have likely been premised on false narratives. Nonetheless as a result, we all have a mindset cultivated by these narratives, that are followed by behaviors, and primarily unintentional and intentional systems and structures that don’t necessarily support the desired outcomes in achieving the mission, vision and success the organization and the individuals desires.
